Fees

We offer competitive hourly rates, depending on the length and complexity of your project (see more details below).  Billing occurs in 15 minute increments after the first full hour; so, you only pay for the actual time we spend on each specific task. 

  • Word Processing and Desktop Publishing is billed at $15.00 per hour.
  • General/Medical Typing and Transcription is billed at $5.00 per formatted and printed page.
  • Computer and Internet Service: Web site maintenance / updates $20.00 per hour, with minimum of $15.00. Web design, website hosting and other computer services, please call for pricing.
  • Bookkeeping Services: $15.00 per hour, with minimum of $10.00.
  • Administrative Support: Email and Mailing Services are billed at $15.00 per hour.
  • Document Scanning is billed at $2.50 per page scanned (photographs or documents).

Terms & Conditions

  • All prices are quoted in Canadian dollars.
  • A work agreement outlining the details of major projects must be signed prior to the commencement of work.
  • Clients will be invoiced for all incidental costs (postage, long distance calls, stationary, photocopies, printing, etc.).
  • We reserve the right to add a 25% surcharge to projects considered “rush” (requiring a 24 hour turnaround).
  • Unless agreed otherwise, our payment terms are 30% deposit with the balance being paid “upon delivery” of completed assignment with the exception of monthly retainer packages where invoices area payable upon receipt.
